1. Acceptance of Terms

By authenticating your wallet, creating a node, paying the activation fee, or using the UnlockEarn protocol ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect from our interface immediately.

2. Protocol Activation Fee

UnlockEarn operates as an automated Web3 affiliate protocol. To access the dashboard, generate a global tracking link, and earn USDT commissions, users must pay a one-time, non-refundable "Node Activation Fee" of $7.00 USDT.

Disclaimer: This fee covers node infrastructure, smart routing, and global network access. It is not an investment, and it does not guarantee future financial returns. You are paying for access to our proprietary tracking software.

3. USDT Commission & Settlement

  • Direct Commission: You earn 50% ($3.50 USDT) for every direct referral who successfully activates their node via your link.
  • Cashback Incentives: New users joining via a valid referral link automatically receive a $0.70 USDT cashback bonus credited to their dashboard upon activation.
  • Global Jackpot: Golden Tickets earned are promotional assets with no cash value until a prize pool is won and officially settled by the system algorithm.
  • Withdrawals: Automated payouts are processed exclusively via the Binance Pay API or supported local gateways. You are strictly responsible for providing your correct payment details. Funds sent to incorrect IDs cannot be recovered.

4. Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

To maintain the cryptographic integrity of our network, the following actions result in immediate and permanent node termination without refund or appeal:

  • Creating multiple "Sybil" nodes to artificially refer yourself.
  • Spamming unsolicited links in public WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or Discord servers.
  • Utilizing scripts to manipulate the Daily Jackpot algorithm.

5. Limitation of Liability

The UnlockEarn protocol is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the amount of USDT you may accumulate. Earnings are mathematically dependent entirely on your own marketing efforts. Under no circumstances shall UnlockEarn be liable for losses of profits, data, or network downtime.
